- I'm 46 years old and have been involved with sports and weight training most of my life. My wife is a Personal Trainer and manages Snap Fitness in Saraland, AL. We are also distributors for Advocare Nutritional Supplements. I picked up my first kettlebell at the end of 2008 and knew I had found what I had been looking for. To me kb lifting is a sport: cardio , strength conditioning and fat loss all rolled in to one portable handheld gym. My passion for kettlebells finally took me to St.Paul, MN.to receive my RKC cert. I wanted to be the best I could be, so I trained with the best there is! My goal is to continuously improve as a trainer and share the "pain" with as many "victims" as possible. RKC! NO EXCUSES!!
